Honda Caribe

First of all terrible phone service! Second I ordered a part that they never called back to tell me they had it and I’ve called several times which of course they never answer. Finally it arrives and when I go they realize that they need another part, so he (Joel) says he will order it, I have to call back again a week later to find out he forgot to order the part! Crazy!

Ordered an Acura part 9 days ago. Was told it would arrive in about 6 days and they would call me. Nobody called, so I tried calling them SIX times today. The prerecorded message says that my call is very important to them, but NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! Not even the operator (marque 0)! I have no way to check on the status of my order. Very unprofessional to not answer the phone or even have a voicemail option.

Need an appointment. Took an extra day to get everything done but task was accomplished. We had to rent a car for 2 days. No loaners. But the guys are great and helpful.

I was looking for original parts for Honda in Cancun. Only here I've found what I needed. Good staffs everywhere wishing to help you with any question. They have free private parking if you need it. Of course you can come with children. They have waiting room where you can let your children play.
